My sister has locked all of our family out of the house. I was the original caregiver for 4 years, and my sister has only been a caregiver for 2 months. What are my legal rights?

Call an attorney. Probably one who deals with trusts and wills but perhaps a family one. Call to get free advice and find out which direction you need to go on the phone.
