Find Care & Housing
There are many things that depends on what rights you have. The best thing to do is to find an attorney in your area that specailizes in Elder Law. The attorney needs to deal with Elder Law on a regular basis. I saw a "regular" attorney at first and it was a waste of money. I would tell you what I discovered, but laws differ from state to state.
