OCD Picking sores, now headaches and sleeping. CT scan is negative. 94-years-old. Is this choice to die or dementia?

Thanks for your response. After much investigation we found that she has Giant cell or temporal artretis.. she is on prednisone and is doing very well for now. Thanks.. J

Are they eating? Are they mobile? Are they speaking any needs or any verbalization. You need more facts. I don't think anyone chooses to die...they just start slowing down extremely. Are they on any meds?
