My sister lives in Hud housing, has very little money. She was hit by a car a couple of years ago and was hospitalized for a time and also had to go to a nursing home for rehab before she could come home. The case was settled and because she hasn't gotten adequate information about the pooled trust in Tallahassee or putting the money in her family's name or other options, she hasn't been able to make a decision about what to do.
