I heard on the Today show that a family member can get 75. for helping an elderly parent. Where do I get info on that?

I'm helping both my parents. They both just got out of the hospital. They need my help with a lot of things. I heard on the Today show that a family member can get 75. from the government for helping a parent. Where do I get info on this?
