Find Care & Housing
It depends how comfortable you are with legal documents. I drew up Mom's PoAs by using an online company called "Legacy Writers." It was easy, they had up-to-date forms for each state (very important), and I could make multiple copies (which I highly recommend.) Just follow the directions for your state. Some docs need to be notarized and/or filed with your county/city/state, others need to be witnessed. I had ours notarized/witnessed at our bank.
If you are not comfortable with all the "detail" work involved, consult an attorney. However, you will most likely pay a lot more. IMHO, PoAs are not that hard to prepare if you follow directions.
good luck
