My mother is 94. She has lived with us for four years. At first she was pretty self sufficient but now she is getting very forgetful, can't see very well because of macular degeneration, is not eating well and wants to sleep most of the time. I can't leave her alone, therefore I can't live my own life. I am an only child and have always been very close to her but I am beginning to resent her.
