     Our lives are on hold as my husband and I provide care for his mother who turns 84 this month. She is legally blind,a fall risk, and suffers from dementia, so needless to say that we have our challenges. I try not to dwell on them and remind myself this is for a season. I think of the person she once was - social, outgoing, full of joy and always helping those in need. Now it is our turn.
