What inspires me to keep going is when I hear my mom laugh or smile or sing! Yes, singing is a wonderful healer! My mom is currently confined to a powerchair. She is 83-years-old and often speaks negatively about me and everything else. She cannot help lashing out at the one who does the most for her. But what inspires me through it all is when I hear her SINGING and see her smiling! Worth it all!
