     I've been caring for my mom since mid February of this year and have observed the following behavior and symptoms which cause a great deal of concern not mention a MAJOR reality check: She believes she hears things or sees things that are not there. It's frightening as this happens everyday. It's difficult for me to identify whether it's delirium or hallucination. I feel broken but hopeful.
