     Many families are torn apart with the stress of caring for a parent with dementia. My mother lived close to my brother for 4 years and I thanked him every time we talked. Now, she lives close to me and he does the same. He didn't do it perfectly and neither do I. We could not be more different, but we're all the family that's left and we try to overlook the differences and find the good.
