     Dad's dementia was getting worse, so my siblings and I decided to fly in from all over the country for one last Norman Rockwell Thanksgiving together. At the end of dinner Dad pushed back his chair, stood up and said "This has meant the world to me, what a truly wonderful time" - as we all winked at each other. He then added "But I'd better get back home now so that my family doesn't worry about me."
