I take care of grandma. My pregnant daughter came with her children to visit. The conversation was all about the baby and whether a brother or sister was wanted. Grandma's dementia caused looping in conversation, so this question was asked 5 more times in 10-15 minutes. After several times the kids (6 and 9) looked at each other and said "I'm glad she isn't Santa, she can't remember anything".
