     I took Mom to calling hours for a friend and former neighbot who passed away. We got to the front of the line and were greeted by the deceased's son. "Hello, Dorothy," he said to Mom. "It's so good to see you. How are you doing?" Mom, who has dementia, looks up at him and says, "Oh, all right." She then looks over and points to his mother lying in the casket and says, "Better than HER."
