Cool at night.

My mother in law has sundowners. She is like another person after 4 pm. We were able to get her a script for anti anxiety meds which helps. Bed time is such a huge struggle. She becomes anxious and afraid. She insists the room be cool so we bought an oscillating fan and put it on low. She sleeps with a sheet only. Refuses any blankets. It takes about an hour to reassure her we love her, adjust her pillow, do the other 8 or10 things she asks for, then listen for another hour while she calls for help from her bed . It has caused me to be stressed when I go to bed. I need the anti anxiety pills too.
