The mobile home is in my mother's name and mine. Can the nursing home take it for payment? She already gets medicaid, Social Security, and Disability. It is approximately 20 years old.

They don't typically force the sale, but they will put a lien (mortgage) on the property that will have to be paid off when it is sold after her death. In the meantime, it may or may not need to be leased out. If you live there, you should check with an attorney or your Area Agency on Aging to find out what your rights are.
