When I started on AC it wasn't easy keeping everyone's story straight. Then came the TGFTT's and TIGR's and I started SMH. So I said to myself, self you need to make this easy on yourself and make a list so you don't have to keep trying to find all these abbreviation meanings. Laugh with me but don't make fun of me for I made myself an abbrs. quick reference guide. I'm not sure yet how to add the FBI's list yet. I will think on that for awhile.

Sundowners is not actually a "what", it's more of a "who". A "sundowner" is someone who has a form of Alzheimer's called "Sundowners". It's not really understood very well by the medical field as yet, but here's a quick rundown:

-Symptoms of Sundowners tend to show up in the evening or at night.
-Some think it's due to an overload of sensory stimulus during the day, some think it's hormonal
-Sundowners victims become more forgetful, confused, delirious, agitated, anxious or restless during the evening/night hours. They may have mild dementia during the day, but their symptoms increase tenfold at night.

Today, the FBI released it's list twitter shorthand from the FBI.
Here is a sampling.

•GPOY: gratuitous picture of yourself
•PDBAZ: please don't be a zombie
•BU2M: been up to much?
•MAWOY: may angels watch over you
•SWAMBO: she who always must be obeyed

Curious? Google Twitter Shorthand, it is an education

Luanner, maybe the society was formed to protect the apostrophe from extinction. Hey, we should form a society for the promotion of acronyms! The SPA!!!

Ohhh, that reminds me.....what I wouldn't give for a massage right now.......
