Getting a Parent to move closer to you.

My mom lives in Florida I live in Californa. I can't afford to move let alone visit her, not to mention my 21 year old son who severly disabled and dependent on my care. From recent phone calls to my Mom I can tell her health is failing. If she would move here I could help take care of her.
