My husband's neuro doctor said in 2002 that husband had Alzheimer's. In 2003 Summer husband had 3 surgery's: replace hip; TURP on prostate; and remove osteofites from throat ( pushing esophate and wind pipe shut). I have cared for him since 2002. He hasn't been to Doctor, Dentist or ?? since. Neiithere have I. Just recently I was able to take him to a Doctor with help of a friend. I don't know what to do. His bladder no longer works. I dress him, cook, the house doesn't get cleaned, the pool has turned green. I guess I need suggestions. His mental seems good, but he doesn't remember much. I feel his biggest problem is Mental Motor Skills ( cannot walk, talk, write, etc. ) but does seem to understand.
