What about long term costs and when the money runs out?

All of this is great information. My wife has dementia and sees all her deceased family but me her spouse of 17 years. I'm here giving care and she loves it. She does not want ant strangers in the house. She's is always asking where everyone went. I'm getting tired of being a stranger. I've tried hiring a caregiver only to have then not show up. My wife says all they talk about is themselves and don't ask me about me. I promise I won't be a burden on you. I just don't know what to do...
