Thanks for this thorough and insightful information! Like the article points out, fish can be a great source of Vitamin D.

I loved this article, my dad has anemia. He doesn't eat a lot of the foods mentioned. It did give me a few ideas on certain foods that I might be able to get him to eat to get some more vitamins into his system. He does take a daily vitamin, but I don't think that makes up for all the other ones he is missing in his diet.
