This is a terrific guide for both myself (age 65) and my parents (87 and 84). Due to recent health issues for both my parents, we decided to hire a Caregiver to, among other things, prepare daily meals for them. My mom was in the hospital in January and our family has been taking care of them round the clock since she was discharged. (If we hadn't stepped up to take care of her, she would have been in a rehab center and we did not want that... especially with all the Covid problems in Florida.) One of the things we focused on was preparing nutritional and varied meals and we all believe this has played a BIG part of Mom's recovery. We just started with a Caregiver last week, so this chart is so timely. I plan to use it to stress the importance of their diet to help ensure continued good health.
