My mother lives in assisted living with memory care, in Maryland. They want family to give consent for the resident to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The news this morning reveals side effects of Bell's Palsy in both Pfizer and Moderna trials. If I refuse to give consent to the vaccine, can the facility force me take my mother out of the facility?
My mother lives in assisted living with memory care, in Maryland. If I take her out for a night, she would have to be in quarantine unit for 2 weeks before she would be allowed to return to her regular room.
