Would be nice to have names of CCRCs with the ownership model that are established to learn more about. Im looking at one yet to be built in 2023 in NC. I am concerned not having a beneficiary or POA to manage my estate how it would work out to move from IL to AL when Im sick and vulnerable and have to worry about selling. And that's another question, how to find someone to manage my affairs/estate without family.
