Get counseling. Nope. Can't afford it. Get paid help. Nope, can't afford it. If you are middle class you are totally left out. You don't qualify for anything at all; in other words, on your own. I am so tired, yet there is no relief. I have to watch him die by inches (husband) and watch also his fight to live, which is a losing fight, as he is growing weaker. But working full time and not getting enough sleep is not working. One daughter here, but she has two children, a full time job, and operates an air bnb. She does as much as she can, but that is limited due to her own circumstances. Her older brother and sister could care less and live across the continent from us. I am on my own, and I need help, but there is NO help. No, I don't want an anti-depressant! That will not fill my need for practical help.

Two factors, talk to the doctor and make suggestions. Alternative medicine is becoming a more useful tool, check to be certain the prescribed medicine will not counter each other. Second, poly pharmacy, not taking the entire medicine in one gulp and in stages is the new concept. Offer medicines at different times of the day to avoid side effects. Use your best wisdom and research to make certain the paitient is not in pain, keep them confortable and above all keep checking for UTI possibilities, important.
