This article is helpful. I do like the buddy system but unfortunately I cannot find one that is physically nearby to help spell me for a bit. Most people are runners when presented with this. The rest, except for the weekend getaway which is impossible, I do like the walking, meditating and some gentle yoga, art, even looking at artwork in books helps, and I try to spend a little time outdoors each day weather permitting. The little things you do for yourself add up!
