How do I find out my biological ahe

I took a test of my biological age. It made me realize that the way I am cooking for my mother is going to do me in. I've never eaten fried foods and always had lots of veggies. My mother likes fried foods and lots of butter on starchy things. I don't like to cook two meals, so end up cooking something she'll eat. For my own sake, I need to start cooking the old way for myself.

My mother is an old country woman, raised on fried chicken. She's 89 going on 110. She says her age is a testament that eating the way she likes is fine. Problem is that she hasn't been healthy her whole life. We need to work more on being healthy.

BTW . im 914 yrs old biologically . if you ever took advice from anyone , it should be me .. i built them fn pyramids . the taj mahal -- ditto . my bastard son didnt help either , he was in the basement chomping pills .

So this study says that individuals differ from one another; that some people's bodies hold up over time better than other people's and that those whose bodies are measured to hold up better also feel better? Have I got that right? WOW!!! How much did that cost to figure out?
