Google recipes for chia seed pudding too - that is often how I use them. They are also good to add to smoothies. They will thicken liquids and can be used to make refrigerator jelly - which is simple - just berries and chia seeds unless you want sweetner. I love chia seeds - so many health benefits :)
Great information. I bought chia seeds that sit in my freezer...not knowing how to use them. Now that I see they meet a lot of needs I face, (i.e., low calcium, family history of diabetes, malfunctioning thyroid, weight issues) you can bet I'll find a way to use them!
