Does Florida qualify? My mother has a small one-bedroom condo in Florida now and a lady bird deed with me as the beneficiary but it's much too small for us I've been here for a year and I have no room to call my own I sleep off the living room it would be great if we could sell and repurchase a two bedroom.
Would like to know if MAss. is one of the estates it works in. And must the parent need significant assistance to stay at home to qualify for this home exemption and does adult child need to take care of the aging parent? Thanks for any help.
