Oh another thing is scammers will find PCA's on mass.gov they will interview them at false addresses and then want to do a CORI so the victim will freely hand over SSI birth date ,name and address believing they have gotten the job.. and before they know it they freely gave their identity away.

well mostly elderly have landlines and scammers will use a phone book to find these elderly victims. So the days of private landlines numbers being available in public phone books should be obsolete. The books should be for businesses only All of these private land line numbers should be unlisted and for free. Most people use a cell phone and there is no phone book for cell #'s so therefore all the cells# are unlisted for free. Technology is more dangerous the useful it is all trial and a lot of errors that can't be corrected.
