I figured out that my Mom and I have a instinct based relationship. For lack of a better way to explain... we are still attached by the cord. I realized this one day when I was completely restless and uneasy and had a strong urge to check on her. I can't remember what happened but she was in my need. The problem wasn't a dire emergency so staff was unaware. It was more personal. It's almost like she and are like E.T. and Elliot. So I trust my gut.
