I guess this article is trying to be helpful, but don't talk to people like they're morons. I think most of us who do caregiving and have dealt with hospitals, SNFs, etc., know what a charge nurse is vs. a CNA.

I find a lot of these articles talk down to caregivers like we have double digit IQs.
