Best ways to prevent bed Soars is to have a special air mattress I know if you are on Hospice they will provide this because my dad had an air mattress helped alot...ALSO THEY MUST BE REPOSITIONED VERY OFTEN !! Hist block, Quercetin and Bromelain, and just read that Vit D is important. I have used and several others I know use the Bio Allers allergy drops. My problem is getting my father to wear his mask when outdoors... and I am having the worst allergy season ever. (We use a dehumidifier all summer, also.)
