I joined a Hatha yoga class last November and I really , really love it. I go home afterwards relaxed and very happy I will be 70 in July this year but I feel 10 years younger. My Yoga teacher is very inspiring and I have met some very nice new friends from various countries. I definitely would recommend it as it not only helps restore mobility, but I have gained more self assurance and happiness with who I am as a result.
Thanks for the info. Yoga has been very beneficial for so many things, especially for different Types of Diabetes. I hope more benefits will be discovered about it.
