How do pre-existing diseases/conditions affect the option to choose a plan?
My father currently has Medicare with Part D, but I want to see about a more affordable plan, but an afraid to make changes because he is in advanced stages of Parkinson's Disease and has developed dementia. I don't want to make a switch, then he ends up with less coverage or nor coverage because of his pre-existing condition.
