Gee!...Do you think it is because it is sssooooo confusing to begin with! The older we get the more complicated and expensive things are. I wonder how "rocket scientists" handle this, because even with a college degree I shudder at the fact of having to deal with this with my parents and more so for myself! Why is it when our minds and bodies are deteriorating, not to mention fixed incomes et al in this economy, that this seemingly unsurmountable task has to make life worse? We need to be better educated/informed with info that all can understand at a much younger age! We all like surprises, but not like this!
