My husband and I have a glass of wine every night with dinner. He was diagnosed with dementia 5 years ago. He has held steady and his condition is declining at a very slow rate. I love my Chardonnay and he has his Merlot. Glad to see that perhaps a white wine can have equal benefits to red. However, I do take resveratol just in case.

Oh. Then I ShOULd buy that Chateau Ste. Michelle Reisling. You know... to prevent my future dementia. Oh...... I'll share it with my Mom, you know to prevent or help her dementia. No problem! lol! Hm... In fact, I may stop by the winery this weekend. They are having some kind of "stay-cation" event in Woodyville (Woodinville WA). I love the Pacific Northwest!

If only it wasn't so fattening and expensive. Does it really have to be chardonnay? Can taking resveratrol in supplement format work just as well?

I have a glass of wine every evening, sometimes two, sometimes none. So, I guess I am on the right track.

Whoo Hoo!! I'm there every day at 5. I'm preventing Alzheimer's and my husband gets his Resveratrol in Pinot Noir. Boy, I'm glad for once I'm doing the right thing.
Cheers,
Christina
