Excellent article that raises question for thought as we move into future.Redefining dynamic aging and what this looks like in cooperation with seniors and those that are to come. I think a different king of staffing is going to be needed with the retooling. This could be painful for some. It has so many possibilities with active participation by boomers and seniors.
