We need a lot more than this. Let's start with belongings of very little value to anyone outside the family. Said family wishes to avoid Probate Court. Does a trust have to name every individual fork and spoon or can it just say "kitchen and dining utensils and equipment" or "6 pieces of Milk Glass" or "8 vhs tapes" and do we actually have to care about the "8 vhs tapes?"
