Readers might consider acupuncture for help with arthritis pain. I have been looking for a couple years to find a really good acupuncturist in our area. Had my first visit a couple days ago. The results of the session were *at least the equivalent of taking a big slug of morphine* and about as fast but much longer lasting. The trick is to find a great practitioner and I got this one through word of mouth....sure seems to know what to do to put a stop to the pain.

I ve been suffering from osteoarthritis and severe joint pain for the past 8 years. Ive tried a lot of medicines including glucosamine products, but they stopped being effective after a while. So I decided to go for alternate therapy as it was a safer option.
There is an excellent Supplement called 'Jointsnknees',which really helped me get relief from joint pain. I began to experience pain relief within 2 weeks or so, the site claimed 7 days though.
The best thing is that it's natural so no side effects, which is one of my biggest concerns.

you can check out their site:

Just wished to share this as i finally got some form of relief and would like to tell others suffering from this excruciating pain, as i know how hard it can be to live your daily life

I have osteoartritis in my lower back as well as degenerative joint disease at the age of 47. Its from 28 years of being a C.N.A. I've had the injections, etc. Nothing seems to relieve the pain. I can't afford time off for surgery-any other suggestions?
