How do I get an idea of how much upfront lump sum non returnable fee is required?

I find it really interesting that the age for retirement is getting pushed back farther and farther. They say that my generation may not ever get to retire because of how the world is running. I really hope that I will get to have a retirement. It would be really nice to have a break from living in such chaos.

If you live in federal and state subsidized housing and they have parking, is the landlord allowed to charge for that parking.
