I like Tena Stretch Ultra Briefs for fit and absorbency.
You can order online from Walmart or Amazon to have shipped.
In a pinch, (when I run out), I like the Walgreens certainty brand, also with the stretch tabs. They are inexpensive and Walgreens is nearby.

If you're looking for a reliable online company to order medical supplies, Vitality Medical is the best! They have reasonable pricing and Fast shipping! Even though they say to allow 5 to 7 days for shipping, I have almost always received my order within one or two days.
And Customer Service is responsive if you need help.

My husband uses the Prevail overnight briefs and likes those the best! Tried many other brands first!

I was getting M's at Walgreens, but recently started going back to Sam's Club. I buy tp, and Kleenex there, too.
I've not tried the delivery option yet, but I will if I need to in the future.

Bestrong: Many retail stores offer free reward programs, which could benefit you. You could also follow the store's weekly sales. Perchance you may have a coupon. Ergo, you can benefit by stacking discounts.

CostCo or Sams club has been the cheapest I've found.

I order from LLMedico.com for incontinence briefs for my sister. Personally I like the Tena brand, Tena Proskin breathable underwear Large size. The package says Extra which I think is related to absorbency. They come 16 to a pack, and I usually buy a case which contains 4 packs. I've had good luck ordering from them and delivery is very prompt. You can check out their website for more information. They have several brands to choose from.

I used Amazon subscribe and save program for my mother's incontinence briefs for years. They'd deliver however many bags I needed for mom every month on the same day, directly to her Memory Care Assisted Living facility. They also carry quite a few different brands.

Not to order, but my mom likes CVS brand the best. Even better than the higher priced ones. And they have sales quite often
