This can include personal care such as dressing and grooming, monitoring of health, safety, and overall well-being, coordination of outside health care providers, assistance with medication, companionship, and more.
Meadowmere Assisted Living Community
Our residents at Meadowmere Assisted Living Community live in their own private apartment and have the support and services they need, while continuing to be as independent and active as possible. Meadowmere is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC).
Mitchell Manor Community Based Residence
An increased level of assisted living is available at Mitchell Manor Community Based Residence, which has three distinct living communities. The Mansion offers beautiful bedrooms, some featuring fire places and stained glass windows.
The West Wing, former residence of the Carmelite Sisters in its early years, now offers a secure memory care home for those who need specialized dementia care services. The most recent addition, the South Wing offers private suites with private bathrooms. Mitchell Manor Community Based Residence is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
