Heartlands Senior Living Village at Ellicott City is a beautiful retirement community on 48 acres of lovely grounds in a peaceful country setting. With 229 residences, our residents have just the right number of neighbors and fellow community members to get to know without feeling overwhelmed.
Our residents come from all walks of life, so there's always someone to get to know and have things in common with. Our independent living and assisted living residents mingle and enjoy many of the same activities, making it an easy and seamless transition should our independent living residents ever need some assistance with daily living tasks.
Our Location
We are located in Howard County, Maryland, one of the premier counties in the U.S. with upscale homes, top-rated public schools and easy access to all the attractions of Washington D.C. and Baltimore. Ellicott City proper is a unique 1800s mill town with great shops and restaurants. Originally all farmland, the surrounding rolling hills and pastures are peaceful and scenic.
Approximately half of our residents at Heartlands at Ellicott City are from the local area, and the other half has moved here from various parts of the country to be near family and to enjoy our wonderful community and area.
