Emeritus at Carmel Valley provides our residents with a sense of coming home. Each day offers a variety of activity programs, with the echo of laughter or the chorus of voices singing constantly heard. Activities include opportunities for social, physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and creative opportunities. Our residents enjoy a variety of live entertainment and off site excursions, which include the opera, museums, theatre, baseball, horse racing and even an occasional trip to their favorite casino, all with the security of knowing assistance is available if needed.
Strong, Caring Relationships
We work to develop and maintain strong relationships with all area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers; such as Scripps Clinic, Scripps Green, Scripps Encinitas, Sharp Memorial, Pomerado Medical Center, and the VA Medical Center. Maintaining constant communication and relationships with key staff within these affiliations, we provide a seamless continuum of care for our residents.
Our Staff
Our staff is part of our family and they care for their residents, as though they were part of their family. Our Management Team is comprised of caring professionals. We have staff that has been with the community since it opened over 11 years ago. In recruiting new staff members, they are required to complete a comprehensive background check and interview process, so that we can ensure they have the heart and commitment to serve our senior population.
