Thank you for your kind words I am glad an old war horse like me can be involved with you young ems I do not know why they started calling old nurses war horses I guess because we had to get thick skins when we started out they say nurses still eat their young oh well-my mother has been sick and my sister is away so I may have to get out to where she lives because in her state they think older people should be put out to pasture and one other time she was forced to sign a DNR when my sister was away from her bed it will be my job to convince my brothers to get me out there -fun and games and I am the one kid that my mother does not like and loves my brothers who are too BUSY to call or visit her,

took dad to dr this morning . all smiles !! his uti has cleared up . took him to bob evans and man oh man he ate like theres no tmr , lol

my cat uses the trim as a scratching post grrrr .

Go out and do something fun and that will make you smile. I will be working outside, in the incredible heat, but I love it. Ahough I have only been doing this full time for a short time, i was doing the caregiving when i was working full time and still had a daughter in school. It has been a long journey already, but as crazy as it may sound, I am very very glad that I have still my mom and dad, they make me crazy. But I love them. You are an inspiration to all. So never forget that you are special, very special and I am just know that your momis looking down on you and saying " YOU GO GIRL" ... One of my daughters infamous sayings. lol

Bobbie,you and SS are so sensitive.I Know this is your thread you started and you would like harmony.Its one thing to insult our situation,but insulting people,because they are miserable themselves is just not cool.I felt pretty good myself last night-I got baited I got hooked,now what are they going to do with me-throw me back in. Not the first time the North has attacked the SOUTH.ABANDONMENT that is the same word my dad used on me when we went to Disney World,I am not abandoning you no more than I did him.Are you saying this is not good weekend to come see you-daughter wants too,she has long weekend.I imagine those storms are very nervewrecking,I don't mean to add to your troubles.Seriously is it not good time to head that way.? I disconnected TVs this summer,don't know whats going on weather wise.Raining here.I will even come get you and haul yor ass inland if you need me too.Georgia is about 6 hours away,we're 12. I'm self employed I CAN DO THIS.We were heading to Florida this weekend,tell us what to do.

It appears I have some part in Tenns. decision. Not quite sure what yet. I'm sorry you are so hurt! I really liked coming here until people got judgmental. I'm tired for all of us who are trying to defuse and keep the peace. I don't want to have to apologize for myself or anyone else anymore. You should not have to either. I just want to talk with people that are going through the same problems without worrying if I'm offending someone. You are a wonderful person and try to help everyone without bias. Hi Bobbie, I am know that I am new here. But I jut wanted to say I love this boat....... and everyone on it. So when you or anyone on here hurts. I do too... So here is a hug to you, because I think you are an amazing woman. Sometimes we all need just to cry. So you take care and heal. Just know you are in my thoughts through this.
