The Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology

See if you qualify for a free eye exam or low cost medication. EyeCare America is an award-winning program that provides eye exams and up to one year of care at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible patients through 7000 volunteer ophthalmologists across the US. Those interested can go to eyecareamerica.org to find out if they qualify. The web site also connects visitors to medication assistance programs where they can apply to get medications for a low cost and sometimes even free of charge.
