I recently went for an eye exam, and was diagnosed with Glacoma. At this time I do not have diabetes, however, my father had diabetes. What can I do as far as eating, exercise (to which I am limited due to my having Charcot-Marie-Tooth). I'm writing because, I want to know what I can do to attempt to, or to prevent diabetes. Can you help me??

You need the "Jacqueline Marcell emotional shield." Put it on every day, and then don't let anything she says bother you; all negativity has to bounce right off.
