swelling in legs, feet, shortness of breath, constant fatigue, lungs sounds are "wet"

My dads testicles swelled up like a volley ball plus his hands, feet, ankles ;the water moved around. Tongue turned black-face turned grey. Breath got more shallow and then that dreaded rattleing sound.
