Carol Bradley Bursack, Mar 10, 2010

Over the span of two decades author, columnist and speaker Carol Bradley Bursack cared for a neighbor and six elderly family members. Because of this experience, Bradley Bursack created a portable support group, the book "Minding Our Elders: Caregivers Share Their Personal Stories."

If you have tried to talk with the administrators and haven't gotten anywhere, go to your state aging services site and find the nursing home ombudsman. That is the person who will represent you. Or go to www.ltcombudsman.org and find your state.

Good luck,
Carol
